Sunday Brunch in Antibes at NYKAT

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the heart of Old Town Antibes: a seasonal brunch menu for €39, fresh-squeezed orange juice included, with music to make your Sunday last.

Sunday brunch in Old Town Antibes

Every Sunday, NYKAT swaps its lunch service for brunch. At 24 rue Aubernon, steps from the ramparts and Port Vauban, take your time: soup to start, scrambled eggs and avocado toast, Sunday roast chicken, then pastries, yogurt with granola and fresh fruit.

The menu follows the seasons. Chef Thomas Vado’s kitchen works with fresh, market-driven ingredients: the dishes change throughout the year, but the spirit stays the same, generous, simple and homemade.

And because Sundays are better with music, brunch comes with a soundtrack picked just for the occasion. That’s our Brunch Sonore.

The €39 brunch menu

The chef got carried away again.

Butternut squash soup, milk foam and hazelnuts
We said “foam” because it sounds fancy.

Brown butter with sage
Nobody said it would be light.

Soft scrambled eggs
The chef is saving his ideas for tonight.

Avocado toast
A cliché, and proud of it.

Sunday roast chicken
Just like Grandma’s.

Croissant
Because, after all, this is France.

Yogurt & granola
To cancel out the croissant.

Fresh fruit
Our attempt at balance.
